PROJECT APPROACH
Some of the most important decisions on any project are the ones made at the very start, before the architect and contractor are engaged. Weyrauch Consulting can help clients gather their thoughts for a successful effort. In a collaborative process, we can formulate a project program that will meet the needs of future residents, while keeping a close watch on budgets, compliance, code requirements, and scheduling. Weyrauch Consulting is a trusted resource for advice or research on projects ranging from small remodeling/refurnishing efforts to major renovations and new construction. No matter the scale, successful projects are the result of careful planning. Our expertise takes much of the guesswork out of the equation.
OWNER REPRESENTATION
Having someone on your team that speaks the language of architects and engineers can save you time and money during a project. Weyrauch Consulting can manage the “million little details” and questions that arise during the design and construction process. Laura Weyrauch has extensive experience visiting construction sites to review construction progress and applications for payment. As your Owner’s Representative, Weyrauch Consulting will keep the team on track with your goals and vision, while minding the schedule and project budget.
BUILDING STANDARDS
Up-to-date facilities management standards are an excellent means to ensure that a building’s systems and materials meet your long term goals. We can assist you in writing and incorporating your standards in all your buildings.
CODE COMPLIANCE
A major challenge in the design, construction, and operation of a senior community is the myriad of codes and regulations (often changing) that must be met. Weyrauch Consulting keeps current with these and can assist its clients in keeping current as well.
SUSTAINABILITY
Weyrauch Consulting has experience in the planning and execution of LEED-certified facilities. If your project has a green initiatives component, we can help you get the most for your money. And even without formal certification, we can aim for high standards of energy efficiency in the final product to reduce operating expense.
